In this session, we’ll explore how to recognize subtle weight “creep” before it turns into panic, how to distinguish normal fluctuation from real drift, and how to respond quickly and calmly without waking up your Inner Critic. Because mastery isn’t about never gaining — it’s about knowing exactly what to do when you do.
