2. HAVE A “YES” ATTITUDE. Belief is everything. I want you to know that I believe that you can become free from the vicious cycle of starting over with weight loss repeatedly. So I invite you to to match my belief and come with an open mind. Be open to the idea that YES I CAN LOSE WEIGHT LONG TERM!
3. ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS at the Time of the Class. Silence your phone, have a pen and paper ready, turn off notifications on your computer, and be ready to focus and learn, so that you get the most out of the class.
